Tis the Season!…… for woodworking.

Got some nice gift ideas for yourself in mind? Don’t forge the Lie-Nielsen Tool Show coming in January. How about dropping a hint that a Lie-Nielsen Gift Card would be nice. That way when you are buying something at the tool showJ you are not using your own money and you can get that one tool that normally would be out of reach.

Believe it or not, half of the training year is over.We have had some great National Workshops:Mario Rodriquez – Furniture, Kevin Rodel  Arts and Craft Furniture, Stuart Batty – Turning. Along with some outstanding Local Workshops: Kitchen Utensils, Power Tools, Hand Planes, Spindle Turning. And some pretty cool SIG Mtgs.

For the second half of the year we have the aft-for mentioned tool show, Turning a Peppermill, Building a Crosscut Sled, more Hand Planes, Mike Pekovich from Fine Woodworking, Inlays and Hand Sawn Joinery.

Take advantage of these great learning experiences.

Don’t forget. Coming up fast is our 2016 Showcase at the Rochester Museum and Science Center. This will be held in April. If you haven’t already, start working on your project.
