The huge wooden skew was a great demo tool	It also held the crib notes	Jim explains the grind angles	PVC pipe marked with tape also helps

Jim covered all of the key points prior to demonstrating them	The tool presentation is explained	Jim demonstrates the techniques he has covered	Jim finishes up and lets the audience give it a try
