Dinner at the Burgundy Basin Inn (see
for directions), featuring our guest speaker, Roy Underhill from “The Woodwright's Shop” PBS series.
Time: 6 PM (pre-meeting display), 7 PM (dinner), 8 PM (lecture)
Bring your favorite pieces for pre-meeting display. Entrants participate in raffle (prize: a signed Roy Underhill book and photograph with Roy).
Buffet menu & cash bar
Roast prime rib of beef, baked Virginia ham, roasted chicken with rosemary potatoes, penne rigate with marinara sauce, rice florentine, steamed vegetables, tossed salad, fresh fruit or zucchini salad, cottage cheese, whipped jello, baked rolls, coffee, tea, or milk, ice cream or sherbet.
Cost $25.00 per person (RWS members and their families and guests)
Payment is required to reserve a spot (non-refundable after April 8th). If space is available after February 15th, registration will be opened to the general public at the non-member rate ($35.00 per person).
