All mill workers are trained to maximize yield	The grader grades each piece and keeps a tally	The lumber is sorted and stacked according to grade	Various grades being sorted prior to banding

Nothing is wasted, even sawdust is collected and sold	Trimmings are automatically routed to the chipper	Tim is a 3rd generation owner of the mill	Tim answers questions regarding the mill
