Assembly needs to move quickly
Spreading the glue
Assembly...
and seating the joints
A wedge is installed in each leg protrusion

David cleans every joint while the glue is soft
A clever leg leveling jig
Getting the last leg flat
And chamfering the ends
Beginning the arm and back assembly
